Free guide opt-in
If you request the free guide, the form collects your email address and optional first name in a Cloudflare D1 lead-capture database so we can provide guide access, measure the validation funnel, and send the guide by email through Resend from the verified send.techlayoffcenter.com sending domain. Do not enter severance facts, employer names, visa details, agreement text, or sensitive employment documents into any opt-in form.
Paid pack purchase
Payment data is intended to be handled by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Tech Layoff Command Center should not collect or store card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials on these static pages. Stripe may process customer email, payment status, tax/receipt details, and fraud-prevention data under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices.
Site logs and standard analytics
Cloudflare Pages may process basic request logs such as IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp, and referrer for security, uptime, abuse prevention, and delivery. The lead-capture database stores only narrow opt-in fields such as email, optional first name, consent timestamp, source/lead magnet, referrer, UTM fields, unsubscribe token/status, and email delivery status/message ID. If analytics are enabled, they should be limited to standard site metrics such as page views, referrers, device/browser category, and conversion events.
Guide delivery and educational follow-up only
We use opt-in email data to send the guide, send educational follow-ups, measure whether the funnel works, provide purchase/download support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal/accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not use opt-in forms or support email as a legal intake channel.
Unsubscribe, support, and sensitive-document boundary
